Yoga

Hello, and welcome to our page on Yoga.  Yoga is a physical activity consisting mainly of postures, often connected by flowing sequences of movements, sometimes accompanied by breathing exercises, and frequently ending with forms of relaxation or meditation.

The benefits of practising yoga are numerous, including promoting better self-care, and managing stress more effectively. Regular work outs can also lead to having more energy, and brighter moods.

We have included yoga for young people, yoga for beginners and yoga for all ages.
